The New Look of Blogger – Dynamic Views

Few days back Blogger Team announced the new look for blogspot blogs called as Dynamic Views, an interactive layout built with the latest in web technologies – AJAX, HTML5 and CSS3. Loading 40 percent faster than traditional blogger templates, Dynamic Views got rid off ‘Older posts’ link (finally) which most of the bloggers disliked. Other features include integrated search, sorting by date, label and author, lightbox-style posts for easy viewing, keyboard shortcuts for quickly flipping through posts, and one-click sharing to Google+ and other social sites on every post!

Different views available under ‘Dynamic Views’ :

• Classic - A modern twist on a traditional template, with infinite scrolling and images that load as you go
• Flipcard – Your photos are tiled across the page and flip to reveal the post title
• Magazine – A clean, elegant editorial style layout
• Mosaic – A mosaic mix of different sized images and text
• Sidebar – An email inbox-like view with a reading page for quick scrolling and browsing
• Snapshot – An interactive pinboard of your posts
• Timeslide – A horizontal view of your posts by time period

How to Enable Dynamic Views in Blogger

Old Blogger Interface: Go to ‘Design’ – ‘Template Designer’ – choose ‘Dynamic Views’ – Apply the changes
New Blogger Interface: Select’Template’ from the drop down menu – choose ‘Dynamic Views’ – Apply the changes

The Blogger Team has brought many changes and new features to Blogger out of which most of them were not much attractive. But this new look, Dynamic Views, is an indication that Blogger is going to the next level, with the new intergrated technologies!

   great view with dynamic template, now blogger serius for adding new fitur…

   its horrible. because when you select dynamic view you cannot design layout of widgets, etc. eventhough it says go to design-layout – IT DOES NOT WORK. it just keeps on going back to the template designer

   Blogger screws around with this nonsense when it can’t even get something as basic as template designer to work.
