This post is meant for beginners who haven’t yet added a Free Email Subscription Widget to their blog.
How To Add Email Form:
- If you don’t have a Feedburner account, you need to create one for this purpose. Create an account and burn a feed as shown in the following screenshots:

Then go to My Feeds section and click your blog
Click Publicize – Email Subscriptions and select Feedburner as shown in the screenshots below:

Then copy the Code as shown in the image below:
Finally, you just need to add this code to your layout section.
In case of Blogger(blogspot), go to Dashboard – Layout – Add a Page Element – HTML/Javascript – Then Paste the code and Save it.
Hope it was easy! Have a Nice Blogging!

Great tips! A lot of my readers as me how to do this… and it really is as simply as copying/pasting a code from FeedBurner.com. Thanks for the easy-to-follow tutorial.
@The Net Fool
Even some of my readers asked me how to add email subscription form to their blog. So I thought I should publish a post about that!
Super. thanks a lot for the tip. I used the direct method — “Use as a widget in (Typepad, Blogger)” — and made feedburner add the widget for me, instead of copy pasting the code.
Thanks – this was clearer than the instructions on Google’s help site.www.ccfblog.org
Very clear detailed-enough instructions. Thanks! I now have it set up on my blog.Bill and Ria
I really don’t understand, I dont have a feed ID, has this to do with google buying feedburner? I get my blogname instead of numbers.
